About Your Order Status

Here is a glossary of terms related to your order

Access them

Order received (unpaid)
Payment failed or was declined (unpaid)
Payment received and stock has been reduced- your order is awaiting fulfillment
Order fulfilled and shipped (or at shipper) – your package will arrive soon
Awaiting payment – we have a product on hold for you, but we need to confirm payment
Order stopped by an admin or by the customer – no further action required
After a time, order automatically canceled if unpaid
Money returned by an admin - no further action required
